Meet the Team

Gavin – Outdoor enthusiast and volunteer fire fighter
Born and bred in Dunedin, Gavin is proud to be the Manager of both the Dunedin and Central Otago branches. With over 12-years of experience in the hire industry coupled with a background as a builder and joiner; Gavin has a first-hand understanding of access requirements.

For the past 11-years he has also been a member of the volunteer fire brigade at Waikouaiti Fire Station. Gavin was one of the 85 fire fighters called in to assist with the Pukeuri Freezing Works Fire in 2006.

When he is not fighting fires or helping Accessman customers, Gavin enjoys taking time out to spend with his wife Meredith and new baby Imogen. He is also passionate about the outdoors and likes to go hunting, fishing and diving … ask him for advice on the best locations!

Colin – Local lad and ex-painter
As a Cromwell local, Colin was originally a Painter by trade but he has also spent time as a courier driver in the area. His in-depth knowledge of the Central Otago region comes in handy when he is conducting deliveries of Accessman equipment throughout the Central Otago region.

Outside of work Colin is a family man; he is married to Anne and has two sons. He can also be found at the local pub enjoying a drink or two with his mates.
